The Adam Shulman Quintet seeks to convey the incredible intellect and heart of a genius of 20th century music, Bill Strayhorn. The format is a small ensemble that enables each member ample opportunity to explore Strayhorn’s rich harmony in improvisation. The night’s repertoire will include well-and lesser-known Billy Strayhorn songs.
